Our In-house Brands
PDI, over the years, has built an entity of in-house brands to the point of which they make up 30% of our business. However, contract manufacturing for customers will always be our number one priority. Manufacturing our own products allows not only our in-house brands to grow by constantly innovating, but also allows us to become more resistant to global economic changes.
AgSolutions was founded in 2003 by the Glazik brothers, Steve and Gary, who together, with Steve's sons Matt and Alex manage corn and soybean farm land in the Illinois counties of Ford, Iroquois, Champaign, and Vermillion. Like many farmers, the Glazik's had to deal with flooded, ponded, and saturated soils that impact crop growth. They knew the best way to tackle ponded water and remove excess moisture from the ground was a strategically placed tile system, but a tile system only works if it remains clog free.
As they say, "need is the mother of invention" and so, Steve and Gary took matters into their own hands and created the Quick Drain Intake. The Quick Drain Intake allows more water in while keeping leaves, stalks, and other debris out of the inlets, and thus, AgSolutions came to fruition.
Since its inception, AgSolutions has primarily focused on agricultural drainage products that are proudly made in America. AgSolutions has since expanded into farm equipment upgrades, including the design and development of the Acre Plus which allows for more than a bushel of seed to be carried in a John Deere or Kinze planter box, saving farmers both time and money.

Since 1997, PDI has been manufacturing construction supplies under the brand name Glazelock, a play on our founders' last names "Glazik". Glazelock shims aren't like typical plastic shims, Glazelock shims lock together making them ideal for commercial construction use.
